

After I learn about the brain at ESL I try to sleep fast and think about balance when I gone eat. Now I think I'm not eating that good balance stuffs at my break fast , because I always only eat rice and I don't think it's good balace always. But I think I'm drinking a lot of waters , I didn't drink that much before I learn at ESL but after I learn I try to drink a lot and I think I'm always bringing the water bottle at school and the classes. And I think I'm bad about sleeping , because I always have a lot of things to do so I'm always sleep at so late time and after I learn about that I think I'm still sleeping not properly time and at the weekend I'm sleeping so late and I'm waking up at like 10 to 11 so I think I have to care more about what time I sleep and what time I wake up. The most good thing that I can say now is I'm having fun at school and class and home and EVERY WERE , because I like to come school then I can talk with my friends and have fun with my friends and at my house too , because I can play the games and I can relax. Now , I'm sleeping at 11 to 12 and at weekends I wake up at like 10 to 11 so sometime I think it's too much and it's not good balace for my brain. I'm always do exercise like sports. I like to swim and play badminton and play basket ball , my sister help me to play sometime so that will be fun time too.
Future , I want to sleep at properly time and when I eat I want to get more good balace. Power nap, I really don't do at good time so I want to sleep at more good time If I sleep at more good time I think I can be more active at school , because sometime I'm super sleepy at school. Having fun , I think I'm still having lot of fun at my life but I want to try to have fun at studying , because I really don't like to study and sometime studying will be stress for me. Water , I want to take lot of waters , because my mom said the water will clean our inside of the body and our body will be healthy so I think the water will be important thing for making a good brain. Exercise , I want to try to do another sports, because I always play basket ball , badminton , swimming but I never tried before like interesting sports so I want to try at future , because it will be good thing for my brain and if I study a new sports I can now more information for my self. I didn't know about endorphin before I study about brain at ESL so I want to take more endorphin for my brain , because I think I don't have that much endorphin , because I can make more my brain active. If I sleep a lot and I can sleep at more properly time I can make more good about STM go to the LTM , because when we sleep we can make the STM go to the LTM so if I didn't sleep that much we can't make the STM go to the LTM that much and I can't organise my brain in my self , that will be a big trouble in my self so I think the sleeping will be important thing for my brain and for my future.
